2023 Albariño

My very first baby! Picked on the final day of August in 2023 and loaded into a box truck that nearly flipped over (ask me about that another time). The grapes made it safely to the winery where it was whole cluster pressed to neutral oak barrel where the wine fermented spontaneously through primary and secondary fermentation. Left on the lees for twelve months prior to bottling.
