2024 Sauvignon Blanc

This zippy little treat was picked and pressed on August 22nd, the day of our queen Dua Lipa's 29th birthday. 

The Sauvignon Blanc was then naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks (I might have stirred it once) before being transferred to neutral oak barrels where it aged for ten months before bottling.

Tolmasoff Vineyard

West of Healdsburg in Dry Creek Valley, Tolmasoff Vineyard is an organically farmed family estate. Planted in 1985 the vineyard is known for its careful practice and vibrant fruit.
